The value for money was exceptional, as the prices were very affordable for the quality of service I received. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the spotless rooms with their fresh feel and good interior, to the basic amenities like safe deposit lockers and all modern facilities. The staff were friendly and prompt, and the breakfast provided a wide variety of dishes to choose from, served on beautiful plates.

Great stay for the new year celebration. The amenities provided were amazing, from comfortable beds to well-equipped rooms that had everything one could need. the hotel was conveniently located near all the major attractions in the city and public transport. The complementary buffet breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very polite and helpful throughout the stay.

The hotel had some plumbing issues during the stay that needed to be addressed. , while the rooms were spacious, the walls were thin and did not provide enough sound insulation, which could be an issue for light sleepers.

We had a memorable thanksgiving stay at this hotel. the spacious mahogany room was warmly decorated and came equipped with all the necessary amenities such as geyser, A/C, and tea machine. the topaz restaurant served quality food and the buffet breakfast was up to the mark. the key location of the hotel made it easy to access nearby sightseeing places and markets.

We must mention that we were disappointed with the size of the rooms. They were quite small for the price offered.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome right from the start. the hotel's location was convenient, close to the Volvo Bus stand and Pink City Bazar. The room we stayed in wassuper clean and cozy, and the hotel provided good quality food.

The room upgrade to Maple category was a pleasant surprise; it was spacious, comfortable and equipped with all luxurious amenities. The breakfast spread, albeit vegetarian, had a wide variety of options to choose from. The Wi-Fi was super fast, a boon for those who need to stay connected.
